Design phase usually is the first stage of my work with a client. Based on our conversations, after detailed discussions of client’s needs and expectations I prepare:
 functional plan of the interior – where to put the walls, furniture and appliances,
style and colours arrangement – how to paint the walls, what colour accents to use,
projects of floors and ceilings – what will you walk on and what will you see above
 your head,
electric and telephone sockets arrangement
kitchen & bathroom design – where to put a sink, a shower and an oven,
built-in furniture design – how should the kitchen cupboards look like and how to
organize the interior of your wardrobes,
consulting and help in choosing materials - we go to the shops and choose tiles, floors,
lamps etc.
When pricing the project I do not use a fixed price list. Each of my projects is calculated individually.
The second stage is a build phase when I supervise all the works being performed.
